2. Common Topics
- Microphone permissions: Make sure microphone access is enabled in your device settings before starting a speaking session.
- Subscriptions: iOS subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. Android subscriptions are billed and managed by Google Play. Web subscriptions are managed through Stripe.
- Restore purchases: If you already have an active mobile subscription, use the in-app Restore Purchase action.
- Account deletion: You can delete your account in the app via Settings → Account → Delete Account, request deletion at speakimpromptu.com/delete-account, or email us.

4. Billing and Refunds
For iOS purchases, refund requests must be handled by Apple. For Android purchases, refund handling follows Google Play policies. For web billing questions, email us at alex@speakimpromptu.com.
